About Us

At Hit Machine, the season never ends and there's no such thing as a rain out. It's always time for pitchers and catchers to report, and our on deck circle is just a call or click away. For our members, we're open 7 days a week 5 am- 11 pm. When you're ready to put in the work and maximize your effort- you're ready for Hit Machine.

Meet the Owners

Who says you can't compete on the field & still be friends off of it? Shane Thorne (Kohler Bombers) and Dave Krebsbach (Plymouth Panthers) have coached their respective teams against each other for the last six years, with one of them quite often walking away with the championship. That didn't stop them from going into business together when the previous facility at 2005 New Jersey Ave. closed up.

"We said if we were going to do this, we were going to do it right," Shane said. "By installing new lighting, building out a family area, all new netting, pitching machines and equipment, turfing the facility and installing HitTrax - we feel we did just that!"

"The response from the community has been great," Dave said.  "We built this for serious baseball and softball players, we have all the resources they need to improve.  It's up to them to put in the work."

Shane Thorne lives in Sheboygan with his wife Kathy. They have a son Collin who plays on the Hit Machine 13U team and a daughter Hazel, who plays softball on the Sheboygan Crash 12U team.
